Surrendering is random... or seems so. I can usually reload a quicksave or auto save and they will surrender to a different person... and after a few tries they surrender to me.

Docked ship/Ralley Point Navigation Glitch. If a ship is docked on a planet and you highlight it and set it to navigate to rally point the ship will not move. If you launch the ship and set it to navigate it will still not move. You actually have to move the ship one square in any direction THEN set the navigation in order to get it to autopilot to the rally point.

I currently use two 23" LCD monitors on my machine and am experiencing a problem when running the Galactic Civilizations II software. When ever my mouse pointer reaches the edge of the screen that (outside of the game) would cause my mouse pointer to jump to the other monitor. The pointer will jump to the other monitor but when I move my mouse pointer back the pointer is there but invisible. I'm not sure what the intended design was but no
