I purchased Arnor back in December of last year) and paid for the CD, thinking I was getting a boxed copy eventually. I also paid for the DVD of SOASE and actually did get a boxed copy. So I'm only getting a cd in a sleeve for Arnor?

The same worked for me, but I disabled anything to do with showing battles.
