Un-fleetable ships... in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

I've noticed this happen a few times, and I do not really know why. It usually occurs a few hours or more into a game (I don't think I've ever had it happen within the first hour). When I try to group ships into a fleet (usually its with just 2 ships) they wont, but itll create this phantom 3rd ship thing with no picture. You cant move it, but you can disband it. And from then on, one of those two ships will NEVER be able to be grouped/fleeted with
