I've also had the "can't create fleet" and "previous ship stays selected" issues, as well as the "on loading a savegame research/production doesn't advance for a few turns" but I've also noticed on every load all ships gain full movement back- so i could conceivably move entire fleets anywhere i want

In my last game I took over a world that had trade goods on it, but i didn't get them and the original race that built them still has them- is this a bug and how do I get them to my civ?

I had a similar problem in one of my games- recently the Drath (an ally) surrendered to me when the Yor were taking them out- so I gained approx 25 new planets to set up- about half of them were developed, many of them had only 1 or 2 improvements, but they all had between 5-15 million population (the drath apparently like farms) and yet, these planets, most of them with starbases and farms and at least 1 factory of some sort, all had 0 , 0 , 0 for pro
