I totally agree about the Losing games. I upload a handful and a feel like a dork since no one else does. The way I do it is that if I lose and I was really into the game (working hard, trying to win), I'll upload it. If I'm just playing casually while watching TV, I consider it no big deal and don't upload. I think we would get a much better picture of how people play if everything were uploaded. I think the whole sig.bin concept is very confusing. I updated to 1.1 the other day. No problem but I did not "get it" that if I didn't follow the vague (IMHO) sig.bin instructions I would have to use my serial number. it wasn't a big deal but the sig.bin just made no sense to me. I already have the game registered and my key entered. The updater should be able to handle this. Just my 2 cents.
I've always seen this as something that the Yor themselves are doing. I think they are trying to brainwash me into doing what they want. Hey... it was late... I was playing the game... maybe the Yor force me to keep playing.
Alright, time for me to chime in on this. I see two types of multiplayer that could be possible with GalCiv2: 1. LAN-only multiplayer (aka old school multiplayer). Everyone would get their own race and have at it. 2. Internet multiplayer. Again, everyone gets their own race and off you go. In my opinion, #1 would be pretty easy to implement. Since you're all on the same LAN, you likely know everyone and it would be eas
