I agree on the galactic encyclopedia part, it's extremely useful to know exactly how things work, what they do, how they do it, etc... by looking them up before making decisions. There's just allot of stuff involved in playing the game and it would be great to always have that sort of reference handy within the game. But I think this is more of a "major" feature considering how much information this involves... quite a data-entry heavy task I think. Indespensable for this sort of genr

I also have a mouse freezing problem, and when I quit and go to the desktop it keeps the mouse froezen there as well, though I can still click on stuff and bring up menus while the cursor is not moving. The "quick fix" solution to the problem was to drop hardware acceleration a notch back (the one that just disabled bitmaps and some minor things), which brings the mouse pointer back, and it works fine when I got back to play the game, thoug
