No really. I'd quite like to be able to join in on the Metaverse, so could anyone help please?

I have, most definitely, created at least one character to use in the metaverse. However, when I log into my account through the game (latest patch applied) it tells me I have to create a character. What's going on?

Paddy2, I have the same vid card as you and had the same problem twice today. You won't believe the solution that worked for me...I simply loaded the game then waited a good ten seconds before loading my save. Worked fine. Dunno why!
