Yep. That was it and I actually found it myself. HOWEVER Icant figure out 2 more things now 1) How the heck do I start a new topic on the forum. Can't seem to find it hence this post 2) How do I set espionage levels. Seems like there used to be a slider or something on the diplomacy screen for each race that would allow you to allocate money to learning about a particular race bit I can't find that now or anything equivalent. Just the spy builder but they don't seem to have an intele

After about 16 months playing LOTRO I'm trying to get back to Gal Civ. I bought the latest upgrade and tried to activate cheats to get familiar with the changes. Can't get them to work. Is this because of stupidity or does the old "pad the file name with cheat" no longer work?
Got it. A little obscure but I guess I understand the logic of upgrading only part of a game/purchase
Apparemtly not. Now what the heck do I do?
I bought and downloaded (finally after a bit of problem with passwords) the gold edition. All I really wanted was the DA upgrade since I already had the game but I messed up. It down loads etc but I see no indication that the upgrade came down. Given how spooky the down load process and pass word issue was, nothing surprises me any more. How the heck do I get the DA part down or if it is actually on my machine, how do I access it. Any help would be appreciated.
OK, so what is/was a "support ticket"?
Seems like it would be a lot simpler to just say, "More than 2 engines destructively interfere with each other. Can't go there."
Put it over a hard point and left click
Good Grief Martimus "Assembly is obviously the most efficient, but I like FORTH as well - being a high level language. " For time critical stuff assembly is the way to fly although you can shoot yourself in the foot. But FORTH, man that one will let you take your whole leg off. But it is nifty
Debug.err can be opened with NOTEPAD (Start, Programs, Accessories) but that probably wouldn;t tell you much anyway
Thanks for the idea. I did just update (sloth is terrible) but as expected it had no effect. I tried another reinstall and new game with the same results. The only difference in the debug is that it now says Driver Version: 6.14.0010.8420 Driver Date: 3/8/2006 21:42:00
I get a crash to the desk top when I try ot load a saved game. I have reinstalled several times and get the same result Included is a debug.err of the latest. This was right after an install. I created a new game and immediately saved and exited the game. On attempting to load the saved game I got the usual crash. Very annoying I tried to send this in from home and it still hasn't appeared on the board so I am resubmitting it
I get a crash when I try to load a saved game. Every Time. I have reinstalled the game twice and have the first update installed.
