Also just try moving your main fleet (even without transports) towards their remaining worlds. I was playing a game and only the Korx were not allied with me. I was having my fleet explore their territory and they surrendered to me. Now, I had been at war with them on and off throughout the game and had destroyed all races that were friendly towards them. They were so weak that they gave up when they picked up my fleet and knew that they had no hope. <

Apparently I'm just a moron who lands troop ships on planets without enough food to support them. So yeah, no bug really. Though it is a wee bit annoying that you cannot launch a troop ship if you cannot put any troops on it.

First off I'm sorry if this has already been pointed out. When you launch a transport and choose to fill it to capacity then land it on a planet with less than its capacity in population you'll lose the troops. Your troops seem to dissappear and you can't launch the ship again. I've had this problem a few times in my game, notably on planets with very low population due to their farms having been destroyed in invasions. Anyways, not a big deal but its irritating not to
