In the display settings dialog (right click anywhere on the desktop - Properties, then Settings), I inadvertently had my "2nd display" (my built in graphics chipset - not the nvidia card that is my primary display) checked to "Extend my windows desktop to this monitor." I can launch the game in a window, but not full screen. The window mode runs very slowly. When I try to launch full screen, 1024 X 768 turns black (I have my usual resolution set higher, do part of my desk top shows. If I change resolution to 1024X768, then the entire screen is black), the GCII cursor shows up, and then nothing. I have current drivers, latest patch. Any help?
