Hi, Folks, I'm going back through my paces here with GCII, and I'm getting a bit confused on the economy, specifically on spending. It seems to me that there's some inconsistency on the calculation for costs, but maybe I'm not understanding how it works. If I have a planet that is freshly colonized, it has a total possible generation of 24 industry points, with each of the global sliders set to 1/3 (33%). That means I get 8 points for military and 8 points for social
