I think you’re looking for FlavorText.xml. Starting from the Dark Avatar folder (DarkAvatar on my installation) go to Data and then to English. (DarkAvatar\Data\English) After you open the file you can do a search for First_Time_Colonize to jump right to the text that I think you’re looking for.
