Weird animations in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

Only bought the game today so bear with me on this, i have a amd64 X2 2.0ghz processor, 1024mb of ram, and a GV-3D1 graphics card, (gigibyte special Dual 6600GT on a single board, running in SLI).Installed the game, then installed stardock central (for the patches/updates). first problem was updating the movie files, it would read up to like 180% completed??? Then id get a popup telling me the extraction failed and the files where deleted.Fixed this problem pretty quick by manually downloading t
