GalCiv2 ForumsI used to enjoy sitting back and watching the numbers play out during the ground invasions, but recently I noticed that as soon as the user hits start, the minimap updates immediately to reflect the outcome of the battle (most obvious if one has the "ownership" toggled on in the minimap). So, now my eyes are invariably drawn to the minimap as soon as I start the invasion, and the fun of the invasion "countdown" has been lost for me. <br
