I did but got no response as of yet. My CC stated I have not been charged so I hope it was a refresh error. Wow this star dock stuff take a bit of time to get use of. I did D/L for the second time (hope I don't have to pay twice!). Now I have the SDsetup and when I try to run it I don't have permission to access it. OH BOY. hmm off to send the tech guys an email. Hope they respond better than sales did
Wow this is one complicated program to Digitally D/L. One speed bump after another. Ok my next problem is that I have D/L'ed sdcentral setup. Problem is that it says I don't have permission to run the file? WTF. I have done several game D/L's before but this is very strange. Any ideas on how to correct this? Thanks! I will email the tech guys see what I could be doing wrong. EDIT rebooted my machine and it works so far..................hope thats the last speedbump :)
hmmm its been about 3 hours.........They have not yet responded. Maybe I will try again and just pray they don't nail me twice for the DD/L. Thanks guys for the help.
OK I have purchased several games before from Matrix via Digital Downloads but this is the first that seemed kinda weird. First I did not get any confimation by email nor did I get a link to D/L the product. I filled in all the cellls with CC info and checkout. But I got nothing re confirmation. Am I missing anything guys? Is ther some hiddentrick to this
