So many great strategy games depend a lot on the making the right moves out of the gate. I'd like to ask some more experienced (beta) players. What are your opening moves? What should a new player build and upgrade first? What strategy for expansion works best?

Espionage - Destabilization in Game Talk GalCiv2 Forums

Can't figure it out. I see the Espionage option in the relations tab, but the manual talks about Destabilization and makes it sound like another option or slider. I don't see it. Anyone? P.S. I posted this once and can't find it. Hope I'm not double posting. Camdar

Espionage - Destabilization in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

So I can see the Espionage option under the relations tab, but the manual talks about a destabilization option (slider?) I don't see it. Anyone know how this works?
