I've just culturally converted an enemy planet which has technological capital built on it. An I already have technological capital on one of my planets. What is goingto be a result? Will both of these capitals provide bonuses on planets where they are built?
According to GalCiv Wiki data tables a PQ 10 planet has a population limit of 21,6 bln. Yet in my game Earth being PQ 10 planet can't grow above 15 bln for several turns. I have enough food for 18 bln and moral on a planet is 100%. Yet no change in population. Are there any additional factors affecting population growth? P.S. And no I'm not building any colony ships or transport ships on Earth that would take away population from the plane
I've had populations up to 90 billion plus with only 3 Zero-G Arenas and 1 Stock market on a planet. Are you placing these Zero-G arenas in place of lower level entertainment structures (ultimate stadiums etc). I noticed they do not automatically upgrade.
How can I find out what is the influence ratio for a particular planet I'm trying to convert to my civilization. I know that a red skull indicates a ratio of at least 4:1 but how to get exact numbers?
I never build more than 2 farms on a planet.. and for every farm I build 2 multimedia centers. That is the only way ive found (outside of manipulating the tax rate) to keep morale up. And what tax rate you normally apply ?
Can anyone enlighten me whether a starport built on a tile with manufacturing special resource receive any benefit to ship construction time? If so is it better to use such a tile to build a starport there of should I rather build a factory on such a tile?
How can I transfer population between planets as you suggest. Is building a colony ship the only option?
