I finally received a response today. Of course, since I had ordered the electronic method plus physical copy, the CDs arrived today as well. I was able to install and play perfectly fine via the real CDs. Is this still not resolved? It looks like the download is working fine but the extraction from the temp to the install directory is failing. Did you check in SDS to make sure the directories you have given are valid? Otherwise try from scratch and remove SDC and reinstall (make sure the directories are all re
