Version 1.0X.009 Not sure if this is a bug or by design, but I hope it is a bug. After loading a saving a few times I built an influence starbase inside the influence of my neighbour (they were getting too close for comfort and I wanted to push the border back towards them). Instead of reducing their influence it actually increased it. I tested further by upgrading the starbase twice and each time their influence grew. Destroying the starbas
