I have mailed off my GalCiv2 account issue email but I have yet to get a response and it has been almost 4 days now. I am posting this per the sticky about getting the game downloaded. I have created a ticket for my account issue per the sticky post and am now posting here in hopes that it may resolve my ticket quicker (again per the sticky) My ticket is BIF-699240. I have purchase the game and have it gifted to my wife. The process went fine . The emails were sent and the serial number was included. I installed Stardock Central and the problem that I'm having is that I can't get it to register the game I purchased for download. Has anyone ran across this? I'm a bit frustrated and not sure what I should do. I have sent an email to sales@stardock regarding the issue. <
I have a similar problem. I have the ordered address and the startdock.net address being different and neither have my serial. Any thoughts? I'm currently unable to download GC2. Regards, Harnak
