I started on normal. But I recently switched to painful. I am currently in the middle because I like large games alot more than anything smaller. and I have to restart a few times, because it always seems that my system is located real far away from any other system.

Personally, I would like to see the tech tree get bigger. Like what was said before, a bording party ship. Or a way to capture starbases. I really hate destroying those when fightin, because then I have to spend money or wait for one of my constructors to be built, and if my opponent had maxxed out the base, its kinda annoying cause of all the lost effort. Another thing, would be to have flagships. If you had one in a fleet, it would give the ships a bonus becasue of more contol or something.

Hmm, I don't know. I've never had that happen. I may have to go out and buy an automatic power backup now. My new computer has 250 GB hard drives. I, unfortunalty had power go out when defragging. Kills the computer, pretty much. Now, I'm a firm believer in large backup power supplies. (Losing 4 term papers sucks)

Yeah, I havent been able to get The hull mod to work with the beta. I tried reinstalling it, and that hasnt helped. Any suggestions?

Do the Dread Lords ever appear in the regular game, or is the only time you see them is in the campaign? Yeah, they do. Ive only seen them once though.
