PSJ42

One aspect of the game that I am still uncertain about involves governors. I know that they are meant to help micromanage a planet, but I am just not sure how to use them. Any help appreciated.

GC2 must be one of the best games I have played for years. But I am having a problem about mid way during a game, keeping track of which freighters are trading with which planets. I am sure that I am missing something either visually on the galaxy map, or a note on a screen somewhere. Any help appreciated.
