To build a starbase, you send out a Constructor ship. Once you're in the right spot, you select "Construct". You're then given the option to build a Military base, an Economic base, or an Influence base. If you build the Influence base, then you can send more Constructors to that base to add the modules you want. </TABLE
Hi, I have a question about Influencer Starbases, those of the 2nd type, the one that uses modules from the Influence Branch of the tech tree. I cannot make one. Hi! According to the manual an Economic Starbase "increases the value of trade routes when your freighters pass through the area of effect". How does is exactly work? For instance I have a trade route than brings me 10bc. I set up a starbase next to the planet the route originates, with a +10% Trade Post module. So, when a freghter move through its area of effect circle, the route suddenly brings me 11 bc? I can't figure this out
Right now you research a new factory tech, everything gets upgraded, and your budget gets screwed up by about 20% over the course of a number of turns. Which I hate. But, it moves gradually, and when it's done moving it stays there. I think our friendly neighborhood stardock poster was trying to point out that if social 'waste' w
