Thank you much Darth! Turning up the military spending fixed the problem! In a trial and error session, my military spending has to be a minimum of 9% to be able to build ships on a normal build schedule! Thanks again!
Please help! On my second game I encountered a bug that is preventing me from playing the game. I had already played one full game and won on a cultural victory and was enjoying the game completely and looking forward to trying a few other strategies when I encountered this game stopping bug! I cannot build "any" ships at "any" of my planets! I can only pay to speed purchase them, and not allow them a regular build schedule. I have a similar "ship build" bug issue. I want to preface this by saying I loved this game, until this game stopping bug occured. I cannot build "any" ships at "any" of my planets!. All the build list of the ships show " -1 day" and "never" in the build sequence and I cannot build any ships. Please help, i am not able to play the game at all.
