Thanks for the help. I guess in the next release I would like to be able to convert Star Bases. Even if were at just a 25% savings it would be worth it.

There is so much information here it would take weeks to get caught up...weeks I would rather spend playing the game. Here are my questions: Can you convert a starbase type? For example, I'm more into victories by influence over war. If I plant two influence starbases in a sector and all the opponants planets change to me, can those starbases be conve

The approval bug has ruined several games for me as well. I never saw the influence or income part, but the approval goes from 80s to 1 in the blink of an eye. Nothing I do can stop it either. Since this has happened a lot, I'm going to stop playing until the next patch is released.
