Mr Strange

I bought GalCiv II ages ago, but never got around to really checking it out. I have a Vista machine, I downloaded through Impulse, but when I click Run I immediately get an error message. I've updated my video drivers to a May 2008 version, and I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the entire game.
