Q1. I chose a race [not custom] and removed all the default abilities choices, so now I have 10 picks. This leaves me with the only special abilitiy being "Logistics". However, even when I start a new game, the default racial abilties (+20 population, etc) don't come back! Have I lost those default choices forever? Q2. Why do the different races start with different techs? Isn't it unfair?
