The planet quality and population growth abilities don't seem to do anything. My custom race has a pop growth of +70, but I always get the usual amount of pop growth. Also, after the latest upate, I now have a glitch where it will sometimes combine stats of custom races. I think this happens when I have a custom race selected and then load another from the custom race screen. It does not do it every time however. I currenlty ha
