My video drivers are the latest ones from nvidia, and I got the "vanishing turn button" bug... I saved the game, and if I reload, the button shows up, but vanishes again after I press it.. would it h

My video drivers are the latest ones from nvidia, and I got the "vanishing turn button" bug... I saved the game, and if I reload, the button still isnt there.. would it help to track the bug if I send this save to someone? Thanks!
