the Mouse Over tool tips are a bit wonky: 1) they stay AFTER you move your mouse somewhere else 2) you have to hover your mouse over the item, then move it ever so slightly (while still over the item) to get them to pop up A "launch all" ships button would be handy too I'd like the ablility to build lesser versions of planetary upgrades and some Governor tweaks to go along with it. Let's say the planet I'm building on has a capped out planet population. Building
