In the top right corner where the graphs, planet details or ship details comes up a button will be there saying "create fleet". here is an example picture showing the button, which is just above the stats for the dread lord ship.I n this picture its greyed out because the enemy ships are selected but you get the idea. I am sure creating a new weapon and corresponding tech's would allow you to achieve a ship like that but it would take some effort to balance it for use in a game.
I thought it came into play when voting for a party? like the fedralists etc. If you are well liked your party can stay in power. Or am I incorrect in this assumption?
Well if you think about it , the 1.5 billion is amount of people paying taxes. I seem to recall reading that in one of those pop up dialogs in game. So children would not be in the equations.
Every game I play my people's morale is hit hugely by population, so I built less farms so they would not expand more. Nope did not work still a -70% morale drop from population! Ok so maybe I need more farms, I have 22.6 billion people on this planet with 4 xeno farms each producing enough food for 6 billion people so that means 24 billion should be ok, nope my morale is down even more looking at a -72% morale hit due to population. I have a laptop with I use when travelling and a home PC I use when at home, this game would be great while travelling. Which brings me to my question. Using a single license can we install on 2 machines, one being a home PC (main computer) and the other being my Laptop(for travel)?
