Lots of help required - Taskbar in DesktopX WinCustomize Forums

I am attempting to create a semi-transparent taskbar object and having a lot of difficulties... Things I have tried: 1.) Transparent alpha layers through The Gimp. - Yeilded Tasks that I could not read. The task became transparent like the backround even thought the object was sent to 100% Opacity. 2.) Transparentcy through "Magic Pink": - No go, for some reason I ended up with a hot pink tool bar. D
