Multiple things, I have had the 'can't fleet up' and 'fleets won't move for consecutive turns' already described by others. The 'can't fleet up' glitch makes me unable to sometimes fleet one ship up with another, withing the logistics limit that is, and some times the glitch even creates a 'empty fleet' which stacked on the other ships (a empty sqaure with a logistics count of 0). Try reacquiring your serials here: https://www.stardock.com/support.asp I somehow got another serial then I received when I ordered the game. Paste the key in both boxes, and register. hat worked for me. The desktop team looks great btw, apart from the start bar. The folder texts in it are barely readable...
