No, to that. I am talking about your base....starting planet IP, before you even move a single ship or click the turn button the for the first time...... not what you have at the end of a game.
As a custom race I got tired of being given a 10 QL home world so I editied the xml file and changed the graphics around to make it look better, but I cannot find where to edit the intial IP of the plant..so basicly I have a 30 QL planet with IP of 20, then when I have conquored other races homeworlds i see their 15 QL planet has a IP of like 200+ and its not full of embassies either so thats not it.....anyone one got a hint for me ???<br/
Does any one else think this is a good idea?
New Page 1 Hi, Forgive me if the idea has been suggested, but here it goes. Current Click - blue icon Click - ship in window or click the planet icon Scroll - to waypoint desired. then click it Click - ok Remember to click the plant if you want to deactivate the waypoint. OMFG - stand up and bash your hea
I see that but I dont understand how/why they have such a hard time of it.....infact the game i am playing now (Gigantic map), is doing the same thing, I got up this morning and played before i went to work...with a 1 hour period I went from around 15 planets to my civ's influence covering the map and the Korax surrenderd to me, Arceans surre
Why the heck would I want this you ask??? Well for me, and the several games that I have played I am seeing a pattern that once you achieve a certain "critical mass" in terms of influance other civs planets start revolting in mass every turn sometimes 2 or 3 at a time. and the game ends very quickly....usually when this happens i just create a new game cause the game quickly loses its challenge when I am at war with 3 or more civs and their planets are dropping like flies and I dont
If I have more than 3 or 4 waypoints the scroll bar wont move. to let me select them. they also dont show up on the map that pops up if they are supposed to. If you delete a custom built ship from the list and then go to the gov panel to issue build orders its still there. If you "upgrade" a custom built ship from then both the old and new versions are there in the gov build order panel with no distinction which is which. Sometimes when you issue orders
Frogboys statement that resources are = or + to planets is correct, however. Depending on your difficulty level 1. the AI already has a head start in terms of Scouts/Planets 2 the AI already KNOWS where they are...You have to first build the scouts, find the resources then build a constructor which does 3pcs per turn and get it out there. 3. By the time you do ALL of that the AI will have a decidedly serious planetary influence advantage. 4. the AI is NOT I repeat NOT b
Sorry....forgot one more thing If a race declares war on me, then I proceed to spank the crap out of them (which they/I have) then they come to me for a peace treaty...I want to be able to also require techs ...ships ....planets .....etc from them in the terms of the treaty.......as it is now if a AI race requests a peace treaty I dont have that option until i accept it. then it shows me what techs they have.
I would like to see my completed techs in order of power, what I mean is take engines......I want to see them in order from the least powerful to the most...same with weapons and armor. Or at least checkbox option to have it listed that way, I hate scrolling through a long list. to find what I just researched. I want an option to turn OFF all the pop ups, I personally find them mostly annoying, aside from the ones that show when a civ declares war on me, I really dont care that civ s
I would like to have my tech achievments in order of power...what I mean is, take engines... I would like to see them in order of power/speed regardless of the tech level or name of the engine. Same with the weapons from the weakest to the most powerfull. As it is now I have to scroll through the whole list of weaps/engines/sensors etc to find the best one. I would like the option of putting money into preventing spying on my civ...does the AI do that? that way I can prevent them fr
