I cleaned the cache, but didn’t know there was a widget cache. Where would I find it and how do I clean it?

Hmmmm, I went in and removed “fishy” and no longer had the problem. I downloaded it again (I like “Fishy”), and it will not load. I’m back to the same problem. Any ideas how I can make “fishy work?

I downladed desktop Aero-XP and the drive meter with it works fine. Widget still pegged at 100%. Any ideas what the problem is? Were you talking about my CPU problem being a hardware problem?

My Widget drive meter had been working fine. Somehow it got pegged at 100%. It was at 8%. I checked, and that is where I should be. I removed it and reloaded. No change. When I have been tweaking I have on several occasions had my CPU go up to about 50% and stay there until I restart my computer. I figured out that the problem with the DesktopX objects not working was a firewall problem and fixed it. I would still like to know why the Desktop Gadgets do not come up in the place I have put them when I restart. Also any changes I have made to them, like color and size is lost. Any ideas why?
