I would like the ability to build over a "one per planet" building. I can see two examples of this happening: 1. Conquering a planet. I've seen some crappy buildings when I take over another civilization's planet. I can't think of any specific examples, but it would be nice to have the option to remove it. 2. Accidentally building the wrong building (or being more of an idiot). This may just be me, but I've accidentally hit Manufacturing Capital instead of Manufacturin

I had this same problem happen while I had just invested one turn of research on Toxic Atmosphere Reductor but had to trade so I could colonize the planet first. I was unable to colonize the planet after I traded for it. It wasn't until after I got Advanced Toxic Atmosphere Reductor that I was able to colonize those planets but production was limited by 50%. I'm a traveling consultant, so I don't get to play a lot. Usually, it's a couple hours once or twice a night during the week. I do take the occasional weekend to play a big map. Being in the software industry myself, I'll try to make this as painless as possible. Release day with this product and customer base must suck for you guys. I know how much everyone's problems can be annoying but on a MUCH smaller scale, so... My game works great. Good job, guys.

BTW, your weapons do shoot from wherever you place them. However, this is a visual effect and serves no practical purpose since all the calculations are performed from your attack and defense modifiers, right?
