i install the game and everythings fine but when i double click on the shortcut to comes up saying something like " GC2Launch.exe experienced a problem and needs to close".it must just be the launcher because i can play the game if i go into the game folder.i remember someone saying your antivirus software can cause this.i have norton internet security 2005.

i know nothing about computers and i don't know what video card i have . is it the same as a graphics card?

i installed the game but it comes up saying old video drives and says something about my drives have to support directx 9c. when i enter the game the screen is squashed and stretched and some of it is half out of the screen.
