I am new to GalCiv and my first impressions are VERY positive; I love it and I like to thank everybody. Having said that, I do not know if what I am going to report is a bug or it is by design . I started with 5,000 M human inhabitants , Jan1,2225 and 18 months later , after colonizing several planets, I have 116,200 M of them! In other words, each and every woman on planet Earth was pregnant on Jan 1 (including babies and very old ladies) ,each of them gave birth to 22 twins

I still have the (almost) full game installation, 1+ gyga but it disappeared from the registry (key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE SOFTWARE Stardock Drengin.net Galciv2 is no longer there) and, consequently, from control panel. Is there a way to reenter the registry key values without downloading and installing again? Thanks Mario P.S.the same happened to stardock, but I managed to repair it through the unwise/repair button. I can't find a similar one in GalCiv2, wise_post does not
Can people move from a doomed planet to a safe one ? How ? thanks Mario
I successfully installed the game. Now I would like to create a back-up, just in case. I know I can right click on the stardock icon and then click on download and archive, but where will it create the folder ? After downloading, can I move the back up (NOT the intallation) to a different HD or DVD ( having the installation and the back-up on the same HD does not make much sense to me) ? thank you Mario <img src="http://images3.stardock.com/gc2/smiles/Wink.gif" border
I am very new to this forum, so I hope you will excuse me if these questions have already been answered. I will buy the game ASAP and, as it usually takes quitea long time before new games arrive in Italy, I am planning to buy the downloadable edition ( i don't care about localization). -will the downloadable be exactly the same as the reatil cd, i.e. will it have cinematics and everything ? -what does it mean that the pre-order edition will have "additional ship parts"; will the
