The link_setup.exe link does not work. Can you re-post it? Also, I am positive that I entered the correct email address because I copied it directly from my order confirmation receipt that I saved. I also tried other email addresses just in case, but with no luck. Ryan
My activation code does not work and I submitted a support ticket but I have not heard anything back. When I enter my email address (the one I see on my order receipt/registration info that I saved) on the site to retrieve my serial number it says my email address was not found in the database. Help!
