creating moving desktop objects?? in New Users WinCustomize Forums

Hi, I'm quite new to desktopX and wincustomize, and was wondering how you go about creating your own moving desktop objects, i.e I have downloaded a couple of complete desktops and some have moving objects for example a mailbox icon that opens when you mouse over it, or a hard drive icon that increases in size when you mouse over it. They seem to have the dxpack file extension??? any help would would be great thanks<br/
