Thielfin there is a small issue with your ship pack and i have explained the problem for you over at the galciv2guide.com site.
D/L tonight will try them out for you and let you know if there is a problem :)
Some really nice designs there Thielfin! Maybe you could upload them to the library here or over at the galciv2guide.com site (the latter of the two does not require any moderator to view/accept your file before it becomes available to all).
Luke one thing you can try doing is deleting the prefs.ini as this will force the game to go back to the default settings and may sort the issue out for you. If it does not then please do as Kryo states and post your entire debug.

Ok i got mine to work simply by deleting the original installation and then reinstalling the program. All seems to work ok now :)

A question... I purchased the Tribes of the East version but there does not seem to be that many senarios etc in there, should i purchase the vanilla version as well or maybe just get any additional expansions?
OK i have the program running again (used thr repair function) but if i accept the latest update it crashes again.

The only thing i am finding with homm3 is that on my widescreen 19" monitor the images dont scale too well and there appears to be no way to run the program in a windowed mode... Plays wel,l though i have only just completed the tutorial [e digicons]\o/[/e]
BTW should i play the game before loading in the mod, or would you suggest using it from the outset? Oh and what extrras etc does the mod bring to the game that you dont get automatically? Thanks
