NON-TABBED DOCK & Sleeping Laptop/Desktop behavior: Wakes up; mouseover dock icons near cursor become visible and expand. The rest of the dock is empty until actual mouseover of each invisible icon - that makes them visible. BIGGEST HEADACHE: does NOT stay ON-TOP (unreliable delay feature). Since I use multiple programs at once at FULL SCREEN, I have to click SHOW DESKTOP -or- {Win}{D} to access the Doc Bar; this should be the first BUG-FIX. BEST "Hidden" FEATURE is the FLYOUT MENU - C
