good thing for some of you that it's not troll hunting season (assuming you dislike the taste of lead, anyway).
i'm not sure i'll buy any more products from stardock. IMHO, TA still isn't really done: so much of it is haphazard and arbitrary because of the way it evolved from DL. if GC3 is better planned and adds a few features (tactical combat, carriers, better espionage and ground invasions) i might pick it up. of course no MV certainly wouldn't enhance prospects.

Maybe we could swindle the Kzinti by telling them it's upgraded morale resource fluid?
or we could just pretent to be cooking with it, and then they'll want it no matter what it is.
mmmm lepar snot. and yes imdeed, good one CL

You're right, they only had 5400 for her.
Western Digital makes 10k SATA drives, the Raptor and Velociraptor lines. the original Raptor line is all but retired though. IMO your money would be better spenton a 640GB Caviar Black. they're almost as fast and a good deal less expensive (especially when you account for $/GB). the GP edition drives from WD are also very fast, but their main ad
well a couple points then, especially since this isn't an "urgent, need to buy now" situation. wait for windows 7 (this summer), and get a 64-bit version. unless M$ announces a discounted rate for upgrading from vista, in which case you can pull the trigger sooner: in either case, you should definately get a 64-bit OS. actually, that brings up a broader point. DirectX 11 is supposed to be part of Win7, though i wouldn't be surprised if it's released subsequently in a service pack. the

i think we've all done that at least once at some point. there are times when i'm getting into a game and start to wonder, so i surrender to an AI just to make sure i can submit.
you know, random70 had the exact same problem just the other day, and he too was nearly positive he started it as an MV game. the only idea i can think of is to PM kryo and ask for advice. first, though, perhaps you can be absolutely sure your MV posting works. start a new game with an opponent's relations set to any known factor (friendly, hostile, etc.), then surrender to them. if you get the option to post an MV score, then my inclination would be to think it was user error... if not, then
i can't even pronounce... that.
Sorry, but I really can't imagine how someone could possibly spell the word "friend" as "freand." Same goes for "hey" being spelled as "hay."
English isn't Freeman's native language. and he uses that fact to attempt to mitigate what i think is simply sloppy typing [e digicons][/e]
you should still be able to get to the links w/o the proxy tho, right? it just means you can't load embedded vids in the window... most youtube linkage comes with an automatic "link" at the bottom.
DA hasn't been able to connect to the ToE website all day... any other admins got any ideas why? or anyone for that matter. he's tried different browsers, proxies, and even OS's. i checked the ban list and permissions and nothing looks messed up. any suggestions i'm sure DA would appreciate.
Seth, i think he meant the only place where both gators and crocs live.

a totally random topic would be how they make sugar white (answer: bone meal). i've never read any of the AARs, but i know one of our AWOL members, FireBender, started a Themocaw thread on the ToE site.
