scan the back of your package showing both keycodes and email stardock with em.. they will email you a new seriel number

Thanks to Ajent0 worked like a champ!! apparantly it isn't the guy labeling having a problem but the guy putting in the codes to print!!! change the AP to GC and it works fine.. for those who got it on 1 disk if prompted for a reg code for AP you might try useing the same code and putting AP in for the GC

my problem was a little different.. I got Two Altarian keys.. and no glactic civ key.... if they had reveresed it at least i could have played till i got a valid antarian key. now i am stuck playing the demo and it just goes till it gets interesting!! :sniff!:
