The game is taking up to much room, I must unfortunatly uninstall it. But there is no option. Hpw should I uninstall?

I have looked through all the threads, but i still am having trouble with my economy. Every game i battle keeping my treasury in the green. The only way i can do that is by not building ships or anything. How can I keep my economy up?
