Norton and McAffee both have script blocking tools and it the the scripts in DesktopX are triggering Norton and/or McAffee to shutdown the VB script service. with the last 3 WB5 betas, there are black spaces between the toolbar buttons of the 5imple alpha skin. I can change to other skins and the toolbars look fine for them, but the 5imple skin is messed up. Is it possible that it became corrupted? AH, I found the problem. When I went looking for the exact version of WB5 beta I'm running, I found the troubleshooting page, somehow I had switch my display settings to 16bit instead of 32bit. Problem solved. Thanks.

I've been using ObjectDesktop with WB, IP, ObDock, IconX, DesktopX. And I'm ALWAYS fooling with my computer. Recently I noticed my icons have a jagged white border around them. Thanks Wizop. That worked for the better part of the day today. But it eventually crashed again. So I'm back to broken My Doc link in my ObjectDock until I restart the computer. I'm also running Konfabulator if that helps anybody.

Recently when I click on My Documents link in my ObjectDock it brings up an explorer crash and it won't open My Docs. And the shortcut won't open My docs until I restart the computer. I can right click on the shortcut and explore to my docs, but I can't simply left click. I've tried adding a shortcut with the whole path to my docs, but no avail. Sometimes after a fresh reboot it will open My Docs a few times and then it eventually gives me an error

This is the Silica RSS reader that came with the DesktopX package. It's not listed as an individual widget on Wincustomize.com. Since it came with DesktopX, I assumed Stardock made it. How do I find out who made it?

QUESTIONS and HELP: I've just started using the Silica RSS widget, and I like it. But it changes back to CNET News from the Yahoo News after about 1 hour. I've tried turning it off and deleting the Widget Cache for Silica RSS in my Local Settings folder and restarting, but again, after approximately one hour after use it changes back to CNET. Is there a way to change the icon size of the my icons in my folders when using the "Details View?" I've tried changing the icon size in Icon Packager, but that just changes the size of the icons when in "Icon View" and my Start Menu recent Programs list. Is there a way to specify the icon size when viewing as a list or details? Thanks.

SirBichur, Well I use my taskbar, but thanks. Fuzzy, I messed around real breifly with WindFX. But it seemed too much of a resource drain for the benefit at the moment. Version 2.5 sounds more interesting. But if I want to look more at it, how do I go about setting that set up? Do I have to set preferences for every single application I use, or can I set one preferance for all windows?
