Anyone still playing the first one? I still have to beat the Altarian Prophecy campaigns... want to do that before I start on the Dread Lord ones...

Are we going to get robots presenting techs again, or actual aliens now that we can play different ones? Or are you guys leaving that kind of thing out of the game?

This is an earlier stage than when I joined the GalCiv1 beta, but I've been having fun flying ships around! Since the new update today I havn't had any crashes whatsoever!

That's not true... I pre-ordered it on March 30th and am able to play the beta...
