Windows background in WindowBlinds WinCustomize Forums

Is it possible with window blinds to make the window background transparent. What i want as an example is a folder on the desktop to hold shortcut icons to programs, when the folder opens you see the icons and frame but the background of that window is transparent and you see the desktop thru it. Can it be done and how? Thanks in Advance... Greg :)

Newbie Folder Problem in New Users WinCustomize Forums

Hi Just wondering how, if possible to make a folder on the desktop which when opened shows all the icons in the folder but the have the backgrond of the folder (not the frame) behind the icons be transparent so the desktop wallpaper shows thru. Thansk in advance Greg
