My comp is freezing now in New Users WinCustomize Forums

yea i just got all this stuff(winblinds sysmetrix rainlendar cursor xp yea all that stuff) and when i go play a game when i minimize the game the freezes the comp i dont really noe wut to do so could someone help thx in advance
