Artifact appearing in Windowblinds on desktop in New Users WinCustomize Forums

Hi I am having one issue with a tronnix theme windowblinds. It is my favorite theme, but the close button on Opera Browser or IE stays lit up in the upper right hand corner even if I close out of the browser. Is there any way to correct this? During gaming it just sits there and blinks!
